You don't need to lose weight, you need to build muscle!

How many times have you left the doctors office with instructions to lose weight, but with no guidance whatsoever other than maybe "just eat 1200 calories"?

If you've been chronically dieting and want to improve your health and lose fat, you MUST build muscle and a strong body.

This is especially important as you reach your 40's and beyond as your body naturally begins to break down muscle if you aren't using it!
